About

Hadass entered the world of Yoga in 2003 while she was living in New York.

During this time she experienced many different styles of Yoga. Ever since she has devoted herself to the practice and teaching while continuing to expand and deepen her knowledge of Yoga.

In New York she was trained and qualified as a Kundalini Teacher by KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) and as a Vinyasa instructor through the PranaMandir Yoga School. For the duration of her stay in New York she taught at Golden Bridge Yoga, PranaMandiras well as in numerous Gyms and other centres. She completed the five Level 2 Kundalini Yoga courses in New York, Portugal and Israel.

On her return to Israel in 2007, Hadass established the first Kundalini Yoga School in Jerusalem-Kundalini Yoga Jerusalem until 2012 when she became a partner in creating the multidisciplinary Yoga Centre in Jerusalem-Shmuel Hanagid Yoga Centre.

In 2008 Hadass joined SKY Israel (School of Kundalini Yoga) as Teacher Trainer.

After years of living in Jerusalem she decided it was time to move to Tel Aviv. She has taught in Jaffo at “Ali Kundalini” and Florentine and has cofounded KYTLV with her beloved sisters from the Kundalini Community.

In 2014 she was elected to head the Kundalini Yoga Association Israel.

“Teaching is an absolute joy and true love of mine. The reward is observing the students going through meaningful changes and transformations in their lives. When I see their radiant faces after class, it fills me with joy.

In a space that encourages authenticity, sharing things big and small, mutual respect and support I constantly witness strong bonds of friendship developing. I believe that this is the way a warm and caring community is created”.
