Note that all Free Pass Membership Cards are non-refundable. In the event of illness, injury or travel the Free Pass Membership Card may be extended once only (for one month extension maximum). You may transfer your Free Pass Membership Card to another eligible person under the original terms provided that you inform us about the change in writing over 24 hours in advance. Free Pass Membership cards are not valid for workshops and events which are not part of the schedule.
