An enjoyable and rewarding process of sharing and learning for all who seek to BE a little better.
Question: The first and last question for any seeker of awareness is “Who am I?”
Answer: You are the testing ground of Truth.

Some lie out of fear by denying the truth, others lie to make trouble, still others practice calculated deception. Satya is about living a truthful life without doing harm to others. To practice Satya, one must think before speaking and consider the consequence of both speech and action. If the truth could harm others, it might be better to keep silent…
The yamas and niyamas of Patanjali are the do’s and don’ts of yoga – the foundation of a holistic philosophy and the building blocks for an ethical lifestyle. Understanding them intellectually is not hard, applying them in a modern lifestyle is much more difficult.
This light hearted workshop seriously addresses Satya, the Yama of Truthfulness – exploring truth in our expression and honesty in our actions. It is intended to support and encourage seekers of awareness from all yogic paths or other spiritual traditions – the “urban yogis” or “grishti” – all those quietly following a personal spiritual path as householders.
Are you being true to yourself and who you really are?
Who are you really? “First we create our habits and then our habits create us.”
