Make sure that you have filled in the registration form which includes medical condition and contact information.
If you are experiencing any physical or emotional discomfort please advise the teacherbefore class commences.
To secure your place in class we recommend that you register in advance.
As committed Yogis it is customary to own your own mat. However all equipment for classes such as yoga mats and props are at your disposable in the studio. This is part of your subscription.
If you arrive a little late (it can happen to all of us) and we are tuning in with the Adi Mantra, please come in quietly, sit with us, tune in with the group and only then go to change clothes and join in.
Always be patient and loving with yourself. Rest when needed.
At the end of class we serve tea and something small to eat. Please join us in this custom in order to ground yourself before returning back to your day.
Stay open to go through your personal experiences during sessions. We are in a safe space.
The yogic practice of “Seva” means selfless service: Please feel free to take part in arranging the props in the studio before and after class. You may have the urge to roll your mat and put it in place or to wash the tea cups we drank from.
